Further, the members have counseling and litigation experience in National Labor Relations Act matters such as unfair labor practices charges, and also represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations and arbitration. The litigation skills honed in the labor and employment field make the Firm a natural choice for its clients to represent them in commercial and business-litigation matters, including litigation and counseling in the areas of product liability, distribution contracts and related litigation under Puerto Rico Dealer's Contract Act (Law 75), Sales Representative's Act (Law 21), defamation, debt collection and breach of contract claims.

All attorneys are capable of handling any matter regarding which they have been consulted from its initial stages through litigation at the trial and appellate levels, before Federal and Puerto Rico courts and before federal and Puerto Rico administrative agencies. While highly experienced in litigation, the Firm also provides preventive counseling and training. Accordingly, its members maintain close communication with clients for consultation and advice before a matter reaches litigation. The Firm is also asked to provide seminars and training sessions for clients and business community groups and keeps its clients abreast of breaking developments which may impact a client’s operations.
